SesDerma Azelac Moisturizing Gel combines Azeloglicina® — the depigmenting effect of azelaic acid with the moisturizing power of glycine — to calm redness and fight impurities associated with couperosis. It regulates sebum, reduces pimples, inhibits tyrosine synthesis to even skin tone, and improves hydration and elasticity. Enriched with phytosphingosine, a natural skin lipid that soothes irritation, and Silybum marianum extract, which has calming, soothing, and antioxidant properties, this gel effectively camouflages redness while supporting the skin barrier for sensitive, reactive skin.
